Ricky ‘The Hitman’ Hatton will make his long-awaited return to the ring tonight for a one-off exhibition clash against Mexican icon Marco Antonio Barrera.
Following a glittering career, Hatton hung up his gloves in 2012.
He held multiple world titles and boasts a fine record of 45 wins and three losses, two of which came at the fists of legends Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
Now, Hatton is set to be back under the lights for one night only as he faces Barrera in his hometown of Manchester.
It promises to be a celebratory and emotional night for the duo and fans will be in for a treat.
Hatton vs Barrera: Date and start time
The eight-round exhibition bout will take place on Saturday, November 12.
It will be on the same bill to a BOXXER show which will include Natasha Jonas vs Marie-Eve Dicaire in a super-middleweight title clash.
It is be held at the AO Arena in Manchester and Olympian Frazer Clarke will also be in action.
Hatton vs Barrera should get underway from 10:30pm on the night.

Sky Sports will be showing the BOXXER action live from 7pm.
Their coverage will then include Hatton vs Barrera from 10pm.

Hatton told the club's website: “Fair play to the promoters. I was worried some of my true fans were being priced out and they’ve pulled off a sponsorship deal which makes them a lot more affordable.

"There's very little risk involved. I think that's what fight fans worry about when fighters make comebacks. They're worried about seeing their heroes get beat or hurt.
"They don't want to see the champions of yesteryear getting bashed up.

"It's given me a goal and a target, something to set my focus on, it's kept me in the gym," he said.
