  • From 2013 to 2014, she was a member of the girl group Peach Girl. Formed by JM Star Entertainment, the group’s other members were Mimi, Bogyeong, Somang, and Yuka.
  • Hyunji was cast as a nurse in the 2017 comedy film Daddy You, Daughter Me. Based on the 2006 Japanese novel Papa to Musume no Nanokakan by Takahisa Igarashi, the film stars Yoon Je-moon and Jung So-min.
  • Along with Ryu Hwa-young, Hyunji co-starred in the drama series Trace of the Hand in 2017.
  • On September 19, 2017, she was revealed as the 2nd member of the 5-member girl group HashTag.
  • Hyunji’s fellow HashTag members include Sua, Seungmin, Dajeong, Aeji, Subin, and Sojin. Dajeong and Aeji left the group in 2023.
